Returns and refund
We take pride in ensuring that every order is carefully checked beforehand and packaged with care and attention to detail. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
We do not offer refunds (unless the item has been received damaged, and this can be proved).
We only offer exchanges for orders purchased via our website.
Our policy lasts 14 days from the day of dispatch.
If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange or refund.
To be eligible for an exchange, please make sure that:
- Any clearance items are not eligible for an exchange
- The exchange is respective of the 14 day policy
- The product isn’t used or damaged
- You have the receipt or proof of purchase
- You are a UK customer. International exchanges are not accepted
- We do not accept any exchanges from purchases made via TikTok Shop
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for an exchange.
Once received, the refund or exchange will take up to 7 days to be processed.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
